Built for What Matters

Protection first. Craftsmanship in every detail.

Every roof is designed around the house underneath it — how it drains, where the wind hits, what the structure can carry. That decision-making happens before anyone opens a box of material.

What We Build

A roofing system for every kind of South Florida home

Five roofing systems and two service lines, all handled by the same crew. Each one has its own page covering how it goes on, what it costs you in maintenance, and when it needs attention.

01

Tile Roofing

Clay and concrete tile systems suited to the Mediterranean and Spanish-influenced architecture found across Palm Beach County.

  • Clay and concrete tile
  • Underlayment replacement
  • Broken and slipped tile repair
  • Ridge, hip and valley detailing
02

Metal Roofing

Standing-seam and metal shingle systems with concealed fasteners, clean lines and panel runs planned around the roof geometry.

  • Standing-seam panel systems
  • Metal shingle and tile profiles
  • Ridge, hip and eave trim
  • Panel and fastener repairs
03

Shingle Roofing

Architectural asphalt shingles installed with attention to the underlayment, flashing, valleys and ventilation that decide how long the roof lasts.

  • Architectural and dimensional shingles
  • Full tear-off and replacement
  • Valley, ridge and flashing work
  • Ventilation review
04

Flat & Low-Slope Roofing

Low-slope membrane and modified bitumen roofing for flat sections, additions, patios and Florida rooms.

  • TPO membrane
  • Modified bitumen
  • Drainage and ponding review
  • Seam, edge and penetration detailing
05

Gutters & Drainage

Seamless gutters, downspouts and gutter guards that move roof water away from walls, walkways and foundations.

  • Seamless aluminum gutters
  • Downspout placement and sizing
  • Gutter guard installation
  • Fascia and drip edge coordination
06

Roof Repair

Leak investigation and targeted repair across every system we install, starting with finding where the water actually enters.

  • Active leak investigation
  • Flashing and penetration repair
  • Tile, shingle and panel replacement
  • Repair-versus-replacement assessment
07

Storm Damage Inspection

Post-storm roof inspections and photo documentation after high wind, wind-driven rain or debris impact.

  • Post-storm roof inspection
  • Photo documentation
  • Temporary water intrusion measures
  • Written findings summary

The Transformation

The same house, before and after

Drag the seam across the photograph — or focus it and use your arrow keys — to move between the roof we walked onto and the roof we handed back.

The same home after replacement, with a new architectural shingle roof
A South Florida home with an aged, weather-stained shingle roof
Before

Granule loss, staining and a surface gone brittle in the sun — a roof spending its last seasons.

After

A full tear-off and replacement: new underlayment, new architectural shingles, valleys and edges detailed to last.

Why Nice Roofing

We would rather tell you the roof has five more years in it than sell you one it does not need.

Most of what separates a good roof from an average one is invisible from the street: the underlayment, the flashing at every wall and penetration, how the valleys are cut, whether the drainage actually moves water off the building. That is where we spend the time.

How we work
01

Protection before appearance

Material choices start with how the roof sheds water and handles wind, then move on to colour and profile. A roof that looks right and drains badly is still a failed roof.

02

Detail work at the edges

Flashing, valleys, ridges, penetrations and terminations are where roofs leak. They get planned before the job starts rather than solved on the roof.

03

You hear what we found

Inspections come back with photographs and a plain summary — what is wrong, what can wait, and what a repair would and would not solve.

04

The property is left clean

Magnetic nail sweeps, debris cleared, and a walk of the property with you before the crew leaves for the last time.

How It Works

Every project follows the same path from the first phone call to the final paperwork.

The Reel

One roof, from bare deck to finished tile

A single aerial pass over a South Florida home, with the roof rebuilt underneath the camera: the deck opened up, the whole roof dried in, then flat-profile tile up the slopes while the low-slope sections keep a membrane. Eight seconds, no sound.

    Deck exposed

The old covering is off and the sheathing is open. This is the one point in a replacement where the deck itself can be looked at — and the one place a scope can genuinely change.

  2. 00:01

    Dried in

Underlayment across the whole roof, with the laps and every penetration detailed. From here the house is protected from water before a single tile is set.

    Tile in courses

Flat-profile tile up the slopes, course by course, while the low-slope sections carry a membrane system instead.

About Nice Roofing

Local, and small enough that you deal with the people doing the work

Nice Roofing is based at 15857 Tangerine Blvd in Loxahatchee and works across Palm Beach County, the Glades and a handful of northern Broward communities.

We install tile, metal, shingle and low-slope roofing, fit gutters and drainage, and handle repairs and post-storm inspections. That is the whole list — we do not subcontract the roof out to somebody else once you have signed.
