Reviews

What We Commit To,
and What Customers Say

We have no verified customer reviews to publish yet, and we are not going to invent any. What follows is what every project is held to — and you can judge us against it.

The Honest Version

There are no reviews on this page yet

Not because there is nothing to say, but because we do not have customer reviews with a source we can point you at — and a testimonial without an attributable source is just marketing copy in quotation marks.

It would take about ten minutes to write three glowing testimonials, attribute them to plausible first names and initials, and put five stars above each one. Plenty of contractor websites have exactly that. It is worth nothing, and you would have no way of telling.

When there are verified reviews, they will appear here with the platform they were published on, so you can go and read them in their original context. Until then, judge the work on the workmanship photographs and on how the inspection is handled.

Workmanship Standards

What every project is held to

These are not aspirations. They are the specific things you should check us against, and the things worth complaining about if they do not happen.

01

The details get the time

Flashings, valleys, ridges, penetrations and terminations are where roofs fail. They are planned before the job starts rather than improvised on the roof.

02

Nothing is hidden

Anything we recommend acting on gets photographed. You see the evidence, and you are free to take it to somebody else for a second opinion.

03

Bad news arrives the same day

If something under the old covering changes the scope, you hear about it that day with a photograph — not in a revised invoice at the end.

04

We will tell you not to spend

If the roof has years left in it, the findings will say so. A recommendation to do nothing is a legitimate outcome of an inspection.

05

The property is protected first

Landscaping, pool cages, screens, air conditioning units and driveways are covered before anything comes off the roof.

06

Cleanup is part of the job

Debris removed, gutters cleared of installation waste, magnetic nail sweep across hard surfaces and lawn, and a walk of the property with you before the crew leaves.

Customer Experience

What you should expect from dealing with us

Most complaints about roofing contractors are not about roofing. They are about being left in the dark, being surprised by a number, or being sold something that was not needed.

  • You will not be sold a replacement you do not need. If a repair solves it, the findings say so.
  • Estimates are itemised. You can see what each line is for and question any of it.
  • No pressure and no expiring offers. A roof that needs work today will still need it next week.
  • You are told when the schedule moves. Weather moves roofing schedules. Silence about it is the problem, not the delay.
  • The final walkthrough happens with you. While the crew is still there, not after they have gone.
  • No claims we cannot support. Which is why there is no rating, no project count and no warranty terms on this website.
For Customers

If we have worked on your roof

Feedback is genuinely useful, including the critical kind. If something was not right, we would rather hear it from you than read it somewhere else.

If you are happy for it to be published

  • Say so explicitly — we will not publish anything without clear permission
  • Tell us how you want to be identified; first name and last initial is the usual convention
  • We will never publish your full address or any other identifying property detail
  • You can ask us to take it down at any point, and we will

If you would rather review us on a public platform instead, that is more useful again — it sits somewhere we do not control.

On privacy

Customer property addresses, full names, project costs and any other identifying detail are not published on this website — not in reviews, and not in the portfolio.

Project photographs are shown without the information that would identify whose house it is. That applies whether or not the customer has asked for it.

Judge Us on the Inspection

The inspection is the best evidence we can offer

It is free, it commits you to nothing, and it shows you exactly how we work: what we look at, how we document it, and whether we tell you something you did not want to be sold.
